> 第四級：紅色儘速離境 - 克欽邦（Kachin State）、欽邦（Chin State）、克耶邦（Kayah State）、克倫邦（Kayin State）、實皆省（Sagaing Region）、若開邦（Rakhine State）、撣邦北部（Shan State North）、德林達依省（Tanintharyi Region）（Myeik縣及德林達依縣以南各縣及島嶼除外）、馬圭省（Magway Region）、曼德勒省（Mandalay Region）北部、孟邦（Mon State）及勃固省（Bago Region）仰光-曼德勒快速道路以東地區 -。2026年8月28日，外交部領事事務局報導：一、 上述地區屬緬甸地方民族武裝組織(Ethnic Armed Organizations, EAOs)與政府軍武裝衝突交戰、人口及毒品走私與電信詐騙等犯罪聚集且非政府公權力管轄所及之高風險地區，請國人切勿前往滯留並應儘速離境，以確保人身安全。
